As an HR Generalist, your role focuses on ensuring efficient HR operations. You will be responsible for managing HRMS, employee records, and supporting employee engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing HR activities under guidance of HR Manager
Playing active role in designing employee engagement programs
Coordinating performance appraisal and feedback discussions and grievance handling
Manage queries of staff members, motivate and counsel them, managing employee relation and organization culture
Implementing HR SOPs in coordination with HR team members
Accurately process payroll for all employees within specified timelines.
Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including salary details, tax declarations, and bank information.
Handle new employee onboarding for payroll and exit formalities for offboarding
Identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and address payroll errors promptly
What We’d Love To See
4 years of experience as an HR Professional in the IT industry
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management
Exposure to work on various Tools and platforms for HR
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Certifications Related to Human Resource Management.
