With a focus on B2C and an association with Krish since 2018, they needed to kick things up to the next level. Krish planned and executed a migration from Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce for Nestlé® Water’s UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon, Egypt and Pakistan regions’ e-Stores while supporting their day-to-day operational needs and getting the migration of three markets underway.
Nestlé® Pure Life®, formerly Nestlé® Waters, believes in delivering pure bottled drinking water to its customers just affordable prices at a click away, but the outdated eCommerce platform was creating ripples.
They needed an up-to-date eCommerce platform. Leveraging the latest Magento version upgrade could integrate intricate customizations and handle their B2C business through and through. The Magento experts at Krish followed the holy grail to build a strategy to help the client enhance their business manytimes over.
For a superior eCommerce platform, Krish performed a version upgrade from Magento 1 to Adobe Commerce. The synchronization between the ERP and the Magento platform was optimized for handling issues like updating real time orders, payment details, character limit in CyberSource, and much more. The end-to-end customer journey enhancement reduced the bounce rate significantly.
Krish also provided Nestlé® Waters with a 24x7x365 functioning dedicated team to support the system. Seven other eCommerce stores were developed and deployed by Krish in just one year for Lebanon, Pakistan, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia along with the launch and implementation of a mobile application for the UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon and Egypt market while the same for the others are still in progress.
The Adobe Commerce upgrade is a welcoming change for Nestlé® Pure Life®. It optimized the eCommerce website and enhanced the customer experience rendering a prominent brand presence. Also, the website's overall performance has improved with customers experiencing an average load time to be less than 4 sec.
The business witnessed a boost in new customer registrations and a significant hike in orders per-day. Client Satisfaction greatly improved with an increase in new potential customers, and retention and re-registration of the existing customers while decreasing the overall customer churn rate.
