Keeping the design thinking approach at the core, we developed a digital commerce store that can facilitate easy navigation, hassle-free checkout, and seamless digital shopping. Moreover, we helped craft native mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices to cater to the need for in-app and online shopping ease. Experts at Krish kept unified commerce in mind for Minamin and went ahead to create supplements that can boost omnichannel operations.
Minamin, from the start, wanted to focus on features and functionality that could add value for its shoppers. The team at Krish helped them with a curated list of tools and integration that would fit their need! We started building on Adobe Commerce Cloud and embodied customized solutions to create a future-ready digital commerce store. Our experts utilized Krish’s Adobe Commerce B2C Accelerator to speed up the go-live process. The next steps were to integrate Adobe Analytics and Adobe Sensei for data-driven personalization and to gain visibility into user journeys, churn ratio, likelihood to buy, and product recommendations customized for each user based on their behavior on various channels.
Furthermore, we integrated Adobe Analytics with web and mobile marketing automation platforms MoEngage and AppsFlyer to help with advanced segmentation and customize campaigns and content for each user and reach them on multiple touchpoints where they are highly engaged. Additionally, ERP integration for product, price, inventory, and order management, and features like OTP login, leading payment getaway integrations and Mirasvit elastic search were added. This way, the journey of creating an omnichannel digital commerce store of Minamin with Arabic and English versions was energized!
While our experts dived deep into carving out effective strategies for Minamin, we also enjoyed being involved in creating a ‘healthy’ eCommerce environment for people in Kuwait and beyond! The newly launched digital commerce store of Minamin has as low as 3-4 seconds of page load speed. The brand reached 100 orders in the very first week of the launch, and there are more than 1000 mobile app downloads in just 15 days of its launch. It is just the start, and the results are promising!
