This unique collab between Abbott and BSBC came into play to sell the diabetes product ‘Freestyle Libre Sensor by Abbott. BSBC wished to set foot on the Kuwait retail market for the same, and experts at Krish helped them build a new eCommerce store specially designed with guidelines provided by Abbott. Keeping their needs of delivering a customer-centric experience, we helped BSBC with efficient product management, UI/UX design, and seamless checkout flow.
With the new Shopify store, BSBC has successfully matched Abbott's standards to sell its products in Kuwait. In fact, with the striking performance of their custom applications, they can achieve a conversion rate of 15.48% and a significantly low bounce rate. Moreover, with more than half of the percentage (58%) of new users, we were able to help them gain a revenue growth of 12% in a very short span.
