Solution
From the first phase, Bateel was already serving its audience with great solutions; now was the time to enhance it for the better. In the second phase, team Krish began with a new website design accentuating their visual storytelling appeal. With that, we helped them to ensure a smooth logistics system and an implementation of relevant language with an implementation of a payment gateway for their USA and Kazakhstan stores respectively. Our aim was to help them deliver on time and with love. With further express delivery implementation and DHL configurations, Fantasy World Toys is already building a block of excellence.
The Strategy
Team Krish & Bateel have already had an amazing synchronization when it comes to upgrading their platforms and adding excellence to their craft. With its new Magento eCommerce platform, we enabled a unique shopping experience for their customers. By implementing Elastic Search, team Krish helped resolve the issue of navigation for the right product. With further premium and express delivery implementation, it is easier for their customers to enjoy their shopping experience.
Furthermore, we used an extension for Store credit for customers, Mage Plaza for store pickup, Ship Hero & Microsoft Navision for Inventory and Order Management. ARAME and BSS Commerce for Reward Points leading to an accentuated brand image. We also implemented Paypal, Checkout.com, and Cash on Delivery options for payment gateways.
