We began addressing the requirement by identifying the pertinent data for categorization within the real estate system and devising a clear strategy for nesting to facilitate effective data organization. Gradually, we implemented customization on the default category structure, integrating additional custom fields to enhance the solution for the real estate system's unique requirements.
We began employing import APIs to mitigate the potential issues related to standard APIs for seamless data transfer. This, in return, facilitated chunked data dumping, optimizing the import operation for improved handling and efficiency. Then, our experts collaborated with the frontend and external system integration teams to develop high-performance APIs while guiding them with commercetools' data modeling.
