But as a means to cope with the new normal, Adobe Summit 2021 again went virtual with a sea of global opportunities for eCommerce digital marketing services, content creators, brands, and experience makers. The event was free for all and bifurcated in time-slots to suffice a global audience.

This three-day event was full of learning, innovation, and training sessions, vouching for a more robust yet agile digital foundation.
Ass the name suggests, this digital experience conference turned out to be a pioneer source in shaping tomorrow’s digital experience makers. The summit was fueled by 400 sessions across 11 business tracks covering Adobe innovations, super sessions, sneaks, keynote, and training programs. The conference started with the keynote hosted and held by Shantanu Narayen – Chairman, President & CEO and Anil Chakravarthy – EVM, GM for Digital Experience Business from Adobe. The keynote guests included Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla and FedEx president and COO Rajesh Subramaniam to share insights about the state of digital and what’s ahead. It also had General Motors CMO Deborah Wahl and tennis champion and entrepreneur Serena Williams to talk about their brand success stories. Mr. Shantanu Narayen, while addressing the audience, shared a few imperative insights about the future of eCommerce and how digital transformation is at the heart of everything. His session included the following vital learnings:
Apart from this, he added, ‘the immense need for Digital Transformation has created a new category – Customer Experience Management which requires a confluence of innovative technology, talented people to activate the technology, and new processes to scale the impact.’
Secondly, Anil Chakravarthy took charge to shine a light on the innovations and announcements for better digital experiences. Before moving towards the enhancement made by Adobe, he shared that, ‘For Adobe Experience Cloud business, as an example, nearly every day over the past year has felt like Black Friday.’ and ‘To survive and thrive, every business has had to rapidly accelerate the transformation to digital.’

Each of the super sessions was held by professionals working at Adobe, explaining the use cases of the products in detail. When we talk about the Sneaks, one of the most sought-after actors, writers, and small business owners, Dan Levy of ‘Schitt’s Creek’ hosted it. Sneaks are literally the sneak peeks from the Adobe Labs. They give a gist about what’s cooking and are likely to go on the market with a few enhancements.
